A seminar on "art, society and contemporary world" was held on beethoven hall of iaf. according to news site of iaf, alireza sami azar talked about public art. he said:" most of sculptures which represented in outdoor are not public art, but are "outdoor" sculptures. the public art is an art for all peoples and aimed for being in relation with them."
he added:" this art is not limited to sculpture but can be seen in painting and poster. public art is not merely decorative but aimed for making sense." he also mentioned:" the social art  is rooted in efforts of socialist artists in the beginning of the 20th century."
